Manly centre John McDonald withdrew following Saturday's City v Country game with a hamstring injury he was replaced by George McTaggart.

John Peard & Peter Moscatt withdrew from the Easts team with injuries and were replaced by Ayshford & Schultz.

Barry Reilly broke his shoulder in the 10th minute of the match and was replaced by Ken Owens.

George McTaggart broke his nose in the first half and didn't return after halftime he was replaced by Frank Stanton.
